Who loves working out? Right… that wasn’t the brightest question I’ve ever asked. Let me try again… who loves feeling and looking good when working out?
Listen, I’m not suggesting we all go to the gym in full hair and make up. However, I will say that when I feel good about myself (clothes that fit well and are somewhat attractive), I workout better. Call it whatever you want, but it’s the truth. And quite frankly, I know of many people who feel the same. For me, working out makes me feel better, so feeling good while working out and being motivated when working out is pretty much vital to my workouts.
That’s why I go out and spend massive amounts of money on clothes that I am going to stink up.
WRONG! I don’t spend tons of money on my workout clothes. In fact, it seems that a lot of clothes that are expensive are the ones that hold up worst to intense workouts. For this reason, I am some what picky about my workout clothes. The standards for my workout clothes are that they live up to the money I spend on them as well as motivate me to workout and do so, well.
Now, you are probably wondering how workout clothes could possibly motivate you… well friends, the answer is this sweet company called GymKulture. GymKulture provides amazing workout clothes that are made with Sweat Activated Technology. When you wear GymKulture clothing, your sweat (from getting in amazing workouts) activates the logo on the shirt to appear. It’s magic!!! Not really, it’s just amazing science!
Here is an example of Sweat Activated Technology
GymKulture is a local Michigan company and they are definitely going places – figuratively speaking, I don’t know that they plan on relocating 😉 They offer a great products and they offer them in a unique way. Every 3-4 weeks, this company releases new apparel. These designs are then around until the quantity is sold out. The new apparel releases happen at 9 p.m. on Fridays and you can sign up to be notified by email when a new release is happening.
I have honestly never seen anything like this. The apparel and the company are very unique and the owners definitely have a passion for fitness. I promise that supporting people in the industry who are in this fitness world because the love seeing others succeed is worth it.
My sister and I know the owner and he has graciously offered up a piece of apparel to one winner. You can enter by leaving a comment here, telling me what type (shorts, pants, baggy, tight) of workout clothes you enjoy wearing and why.
Also, find out more information about GymKulture by visiting their website here and follow them on instagram here.
Good luck in today’s give away everyone and have a wonderful Tuesday!
Hi Kitchen Rev!!! Love this idea and thank you! I love giveaways and it’s a great way to see if I like a new product, so that I can purchase it in the future. I like wearing tight pants. I feel like it holds me together while I’m giggling everything when I work out haha. Love you guys!
And we love you! I’m pretty sure most women agree about the giggle. Thanks for the comment!
I wear gym shorts and a short sleeved shirt. I don’t like stuff touching my arms and legs when I run.
I agree with you when I’m running outside in the summer. Things get sticky way too fast 😦
A good wicking material is a must! After a good sweaty session, the last thing you want to do is feel like you just jumped in a pool with your clothes on!
Definitely agree with this as well. Material makes all the difference. Thanks for commenting 🙂
What a cool idea! I think spending money on workout clothes is a good idea too. I can see why having sharp looking workout outfits would help motivate me to work out. It just seems hard to spend money on something that’s just going to get yucky but I guess I shouldn’t look at it that way. My workout outfits usually tend to be the t-shirts and shorts that have gotten too gross to wear anywhere else haha. When it comes to working out, I like comfy and baggy! I like using my t shirt sleeves to wipe my face :-). And I hate when clothes cut into my jiggly spots and make me feel more jiggly then I already am!
Since I can’t justify spending $ on workout clothes most days just because, I tend to reward meeting my goals with an outfit or piece of apparel.
I’m usually a shorts and tank top kinda girl. Unless a t-shirt has a lot of stretch, it just gets in my way lol.
I feel like I’m hearing a lot of what you are saying concerning fabrics bothering and getting in the way of people when they are working out. I had no idea so many people felt this way. I’m so glad you all are letting me know 🙂 Thanks for the comment.
I wear my Under Armour shorts and and Under Armour shirt. I love it!
Very popular brand, and for good reason! Thanks for the comment 🙂
I wear anything that is maize and blue….with a big block “M” in the middle of the chest.
Does this mean that if you win this giveaway, that you do not want a green shirt then?
I like to wear shorts and a tank top if I’m at home, or yoga pants and a t-shirt with some comfortable shoes if I go to the gym.
I’m so glad someone finally mentioned shoes… they are so important for a great workout. Do you have a hard time finding shoes you like to workout in? I know that many do.
Tight on top with a nice flare
I get the feeling that style and structure is much more important to females then males.
Whoever wins, you wont be disappointed. Our material is comparable to under armour. And its infused with two types of materials in one, as well as it does not get stuck to your skin when you sweat, is super lightweight and drys really quick. So this shirt will really motivate you to get one of your hardest workouts in to get it to work. If you guys need more info and other designs such as short sleeves or sleeveless ones as well as mens and womens designs feel free to visit our instagram page and our website for more info. Thanks for all the love and support 🙂
I wear whatever is comfortable to work out. What’s most important to me is a good pair of shoes and a headband to keep the hair off my face.
