Dates are amazingly nutritious and will help curb your sweet tooth cravings. Dates boost your energy and are a potassium powerhouse and high in magnesium. If you feel you want a double boost in energy, add your favorite kind of nuts to this recipe.

- 1 cup Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Organic Dried Apricots
- 1/2 cup Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
Process all ingredients in food and roll into 3in donut holes.
