Because apple cider vinegar contains something called acetic acid. Acetic acid helps to hault the accumulation of body fat. Add that to the fact that apple cider vinegar is also known to stabilize blood sugar level and we have a winner!
So what do we do with this information? We add apple cider vinegar to our diet. Preferably in the morning, whether in a “detox drink” such as this one, or as the new star in our salad dressings.
