The Faces of Sugar

Happy Friday! Today we will continue discussing sugar, however we will be discussing it from a marketing perspective. Today, we will talk about the foods that have sugar in them. It is a simple post, and quite frankly, just a list. I know that I have unloaded a lot of information on you this week so I want to give you a chance to catch you brain up to your mouth this weekend. My hope for you this weekend is that you can review the information so far and decide how you want to attempt improving your life with it.

This list left out… drum roll please… fresh meats, some dairy and well mustard… that’s all folks. My guess is that you didn’t realize how much of the food you have been eating has sugar in it.

I also wanted to encourage all of you to let you know that I am currently working with a woman who is unbelievably healthy and in this process of learning about and cutting sugar out of her diet, even she is struggling at times. So if you are looking at all of this information and thinking that you can’t do it so you just won’t, well you aren’t alone. Keep trying! Little changes of a long period of time add up to a healthy lifestyle and a better health.

  1. That is almost everything. It is astonishing to see that list that includes almost all the consumption of food and drinks that we get. The only thing left is water lol

    Thanks for the list and this series. I have learned so much about the importance of sugar and how it interacts with our body. What I have gotten from this series is that sugar is needed and you have to find the right balance and combination of sugar in order for it to work the way that it was intended it to work. Our bodies need sugar and without it, we hurt our bodies. Too much of it, we hurt our bodies. But the right combination along with other foods, sugar can be our ally and not our enemy.

    Truly enjoyed these series.
